1. General Information
Badasmun Transfers (“we”, “our” or “us”) provides private airport transfer and excursion services in Mallorca. We offer both pre-booked services via our website and on-ground bookings made in person. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
We provide private transfer services:
- From Airport: Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) to your destination.
- To Airport: From your hotel, villa, or private address to PMI Airport.
- Excursions: Personalized trips and tours across Mallorca (available upon request via our contact form).
3. Booking and Confirmation
Pre-Booked: Bookings made through our online widget are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please review it immediately for errors.
On-Ground: Bookings made in person are confirmed at the moment of agreement with our staff or driver.
4. Payment
Pay-on-Arrival: Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey.
Methods: We accept Cash (Euros) or major Credit/Debit Cards.
VAT: All prices quoted include Spanish VAT (IVA).
5. Cancellations and Changes
For pre-booked services, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No charges apply for cancellations made before the driver has been dispatched to your pickup location.
6. Delays and Waiting Time
Airport Pickups: We monitor your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your plane lands. For hotel or villa pickups, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time. If you are delayed, please contact us immediately.
7. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage. Additional suitcases are charged at €1 per bag. Special equipment like golf bags or bicycles are charged at €5 per item.
8. Child Seats
We provide Baby Seats and Booster Seats for €5 per item. For on-ground bookings, child seats are subject to availability in the vehicle.
9. Responsibilities and Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., heavy traffic, road closures, or accidents). Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the transfer service.
10. Customer Obligations
You must provide a valid flight number for airport tracking. Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol is not permitted inside our vehicles.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
