1. Cancellations

We understand that travel plans change. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

2. No Upfront Payments

Badasmun Transfers does not require any prepayment. Since you pay your driver directly (cash or card) at the end of your journey, no refunds are necessary as no funds are collected in advance.

3. Flight & Travel Changes

We track all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge. If your journey is cancelled entirely, please notify us as soon as possible.
